Consummate professional. Besides exemplary fence work, Hubert is reliable, trustworthy, and a good communicator. He answers and returns his phone calls, he sent estimates over when he said he would. He was flexible and able to resolve issues that came up with our neighbors. Basically, he did everything he said he would do. I would absolutely use and recommend his services again.
